To be eligible for this program, you must:

• Intend to settle in Quebec;
• Have, alone or with accompanying spouse, net assets of at least $2,000,000 CAN obtained legally;
• Have 2-years’ experience -in the last 5 years;
• Sign an agreement to invest $1,200,000CAN with Stuart Investment after Quebec approval.

Applicants can either choose to make the Full Investment or to obtain financing through an Authorized Financial Institution such as Stuart, to make the investment.

• Unconditional permanent residence visa.
• Access to the same rights, benefits and protection as a Canadian citizen, with the main exception for the right to vote.
• Universal public health and largely subsidized education systems.
• Pathway to Canadian citizenship and Canadian passport.
