Patrick Abikzer, Executive Chairman
Graduated from HEC Montreal business School in International Finance, Mr. Patrick Abikzer has over 25 years experience in business acquisition, resettlement in Canada of foreign investors and international investment.
Early in his career he held positions with major firms such as the Caribbean Development Bank, Hydro-Quebec and National Bank of Canada. In 1991 Patrick Abikzer has been the founder and President of SEDAV, a company specialized on the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program and M&A services. His company SEDAV helped entrepreneurs from 30 countries establishing themselves in Canada.
Patrick Abikzer served as a primary negotiator for several major Canadian investment projects in Europe, North Africa and South America.

Tova Lazimi, Strategic Development Director
Graduated from the UQÀM (Université du Quebec à Montreal) in linguistics and having completed a Development Course in Management at the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Business School of Montreal, Ms. Tova Lazimi has carried out different tasks within the Ministère de l’Immigration du Quebec.
She has also been an Immigration Advisor in Paris, being responsible for the US, Latin America and Haiti. Afterwards, she was named Businesspeople Advisor at the BIQ (Immigration Bureau of Quebec) in Hong Kong before returning to Quebec as project manager for business applicants and then as Desk Officer and project leader for Asia and the Middle East.
From 2002 to 2008, Tova Lazimi was the BIQ Director in Vienna and then Interim Director at BIQ Paris.
Among her responsibilities, Ms. Lazimi has also hosted several seminars in Beijing and Hong Kong regarding the processing of files for businesspeople, entrepreneurs and investors.
